traffic noisepoor breakfast
i was really frustrated by the noise. it came right through the windows. i couldn't sleep properly because of the traffic. the hotel really needs to fix this noise issue. also, the breakfast was disappointing, not much variety. i expected more for the price i paid.

the hotel location was pretty good, near the train station.
The heating wasn't working properly. the room was unbearably hot even after i complained. the reception staff were unhelpful. They just offered another room with the same heating issue, a waste of time!!!

The staff assisted me with a taxi after checkout. I loved the convenient location right on the main shopping street. Rooms were spacious. Mine included a table, two chairs, and a love seat. I appreciated the immediate delivery of softer pillows upon my request.
The room's temperature control was not clear, so I asked for assistance at the reception.

My room was a beautiful double room. The bed was large and so comfortable. The bathroom had both a bathtub and shower. I found the room to be clean. The location worked so well for access to key sites.
The air conditioning was not working properly one night. It was slightly too warm for me. The staff resolved this issue quickly.

my room faced a busy street , so sleeping with the window open was impossible because of the noise. i asked for a different room , but they said the hotel was fully booked. this was frustrating because i wanted fresh air.
